Shipping & Processing 

All items are shipped with priority mail, handling takes about 1-2 business days and shipping 2-3 business days. Holidays and weather may affect this days.

 Please allow 24-48 hrs  for items purchased to be processed for shipment.  Orders are typically delivered within 7 days latest. Please consult tracking numbers provided  for up to date information.

Returns

Due to the availability on items, we offer exchanges and NO REFUNDS just store credit. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer an exchange. Exchanges are free but buyer is liable to shipping the items back. ALL Sales are FINAL.

To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging otherwise a $5.99 stocking fee will be charged. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using Tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Missing/Lost or Stolen Goods
If the item you received was either lost or stolen; unfortunately we are not liable for the cost of stolen items once the item has been delivered and tracked. Please contact your local post office to track missing item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
